Are you experienced Construction Manager seeking new management opportunities?
We are actively seeking a talented, Construction Manager responsible for leading the construction services team in the Northeast/MidAtlantic regions and providing sales support to
execute on business objectives and goals in the HealthcareMarket.
Job Responsibilities include:
- Lead the Estimating and Manage the Project Superintendents for assigned territory.
- Provide daily technical assistance and support to the assigned healthcare sales team.
- Manage the entire bid proposal process (estimating, pricing, and coordination).
- Drive specific technical initiatives to improve processes.
- nterface with the Contracts department in reference to projects in order to insure compliance with Federal, State, Local laws and Business Objectives.
- Critical Path Methods (CPM) schedules for all projects.
- Perform joint sales calls with sales team.
- Expand regional vendor base for custom applications.
- Provide technical training to sales team as necessary.
- Drive CTQ’s and customer satisfaction as they relate to custom projects and bid proposals.
- Track and manage pre-established project budget through final competition
- Drive cost savings and value engineering to reduce project cost and increase margin
- Review bidding and contract documents to insure adherence to the applicable requirements.
- Implement processes for managing and tracking projects during installation.
- Assist in the selection of vendors.
- Review contractor quotations.
- Identify problem and/or risk issues and recommend solutions.
- Manage project schedules utilizing Microsoft Project.
- Insure change orders are expedited.
- Review, Track and Develop project documentation and reporting
